Default What home responsibilities does your 5-7 year old carry in the home?

What is reasonable to expect from a child in the way of household responsibilities?

Default Household responsibilites for ages 5-7

Giving children responsibilities at a young age will encourage them to be self sufficient as well as offer a sense of pride. Washing dishes, taking out the trash, dusting or even cleaning out the kitty litter are small tasks that you can assign to your child. It is never to early to start, even picking up their toys is a responsibility! Believe me that will come in handy when its time to clean up their room!
